Executive Assistant - 60-65K

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/project Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. We are a growing company in the Galleria area looking for and administrative assistant to work for the CFO, CEO and General Counsel. Prefer someone with a degree and 3 to 5 years of office experience. We are looking for someone who is good with numbers to do financial reports for the CFO. We offer full benefits and 401K

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents.

  • Office management responsibilities.

  • Maintain travel arrangements and calendar management.

  • Work on special projects

  • Plan and schedule appointments and events

  • Greet and assist onsite guests

  • Answer inbound telephone calls

  • Develop and implement organized filing systems

  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields.

  • 3 to 5 years office experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • College degree preferred.

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and experience working with numbers of accounting.

  • ​Strong organizational skills
